Refund policy

Returns for Manufacturing Defects

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only for products with manufacturing defects. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for a full refund to the original payment method. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Include all original tags, labels, and seals intact.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will verify that it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Please pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit. We also recommend insuring the package for its full value while shipping it back to us.

Partial or Reduced Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

• The product shows signs of use.
• The return request was not made within the required time.
• The original packaging, tags, or seals are missing or opened.
• The item was purchased at a discounted price due to age, clearance, or minor defects.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for:

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Products returned without their original packaging, tags, or accessories.
• Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
