How do I set up an account with Merbaa?
Simply go to the “Create Account” and add your basic details, and you are ready to buy anything with a registered account. However, not creating an account doesn’t restricts you to purchase our products. You can directly purchase anything you want and on the checkout page, you will be asked for your e-mail. After successfully placing an order, the link appears to create your account with the submitted details
How do I set up a WHOLESELLER account with Merbaa? What do I need to provide to get my account approved?
If you are a first-time customer, please click on "My Account" located on the top right to register. In addition to basic information, we require your TAX ID to approve your account as we operate as a wholesale website. Alternatively you can mail us at info@merbaa.com or drop a message from the chat button on the bottom left of our web-view in this regard where our team will guide you step by step in this regard.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is fixed across the globe, we ship from our warehouse upon making sure that the delivered item is the perfect one. The price is fixed at 9.95 USD.
What is free shipping policy?
Complete shipping charges are waived off for all orders where cart value is above 29.95 USD for our valuable customers, however for our valuable WHOLESALE PARTNERS, it is waived off where cart value is equal to or above 299 USD.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Once your order has been shipped , it will take 7-10 days days to receive the order depending on your location.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We utilize UPS, DHL, Aramex, Shiprocket and FedEx.

Can I make changes to my order?
